Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes tax filing easy! There is no reason to go to a tax preparation service when Turbo Tax is extremely intuitive and takes all the guesswork away. If you use it year after year, it pre-populates many fields for you saving you time. If you are not already using them, what are you waiting for. It will actually save you time and money! Trust me...just do it. You can thank me later!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great...until you have an issue My taxes are fairly complicated, and I couldn't do them on my own without the help of TurboTax. However, on occasion I run into a glitch and can't find answers right away. This year, I kept getting an error message for royalties (for which I had none) and the default entry was 0. I tried entering 0.00...didn't work. I searched the web - nothing. TurboTax needed me to delete the entry completely prior to moving forward. It took about 2 hours for me to figure this out. Kind of ridiculous, but again, I can't do my taxes without them.
