Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax ws not as good this year as in 2022 Turbo tax desktop download was easier to navigate and to recheck information. This year after you answered a question you couldn't check it against last year, because the on-;line version does not interact with the pervious versions which are saved on my desktop.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Highly Recommend Trying I just filed my taxes with TurboTax for my fourth year in a row, and I love it! There are the occasional bugs, but they are always easy to get around with the amount of reviewing of information that happens. For example, this year when I went to add my college tuition expenses, it had $0 greyed out where I was supposed to type the amount I paid. Although, I was able to get around this when reviewing my information later in the process. Nonetheless, I couldn't recommend TurboTax enough! I have gotten money for things I didn't even realize I could be getting money for thanks to their Tax Experts!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Issues The program had several glitches. I triple checked my entries and it still showed a state refund of $188,000. I had to clear the the files and start new,another hour invested.I did not file thinking the system needed to be reset. I received an email stating a $10 savings if I came back and filed. I have since processed my returns and received no savings!
