You just follow the steps TurboTax has designed and it is just the same step as a local CPA would have follow. I have been filing my tax through TurboTax for years so I would like to have all my history here. For the first time user, you would not regret it as they have excellent protocols, usability, and platform.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is so easy to use I had an appointment to go to an in-person tax place, the person missed our appointment and in my frustration I came home and searched for options. TurboTax came up and I figured I'd give it a shot. Well, not only do I fully understand what's happening with my taxes now, I saved about $200 by using TurboTax as opposed to their in person competitor. I'll be back yearly from here on out. :)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I don't think its worth it. Upsell Everything Every step tries to upsell you to another level. And the prices isn't actually worth it. I think next year I will print out this years forms and just download the forms and fill them. Didn't get any sort of military discount either.
