We have a loss this year that would probably lower my tax burden. I needed to file an extension but wanted to efile and my federal taxes were filed so I just went ahead and filed my state taxes. If it comes back on me the IRS will owe me money. I feel like they have sent me to much money already and would just assume they keep the money.
