Rated 3 out of 5 by from What is the problem with your checkout flow? I do my taxes. I get to the VERY VERY END, and then it's a twisty maze of "how many fees can we charge you?" "how many times will you have to get up to get YET ANOTHER piece of identification?" Basically i end up screaming at the computer because I'm literally ONE STEP from actually filing my taxes and Intuit wants to get ANOTHER $100 out of me. NO. Just NO. Get a real UX designer, PLEASE, and redesign the checkout flow. But DO NOT make me go through this idiotic checkout process again. 3 stars (5 for general competence and -2 for the rigamarole described above.)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from More problems this year than previously Questions for 1099-MISC for my oil and gas royalties were ambiguous and confusing. This caused me a whole bunch of distress! Never had a problem with Turbo Tax before.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some TurboTax issues make no sense. I cannot understand why I need to constantly update TurboTax. I finished my taxes but waiting to review and file. Sure enough I had to do another update. So does that mean my taxes would have been incorrect if I filed the previous week? Next I got all the way through to filing but there was one more "issue" before I could file.f Why was that not brought up way earlier? I had to again dig through records trying to understand the fix this final nonsense issue.
