Rated 3 out of 5 by from Coinbase / Coinbase Pro The automatic transaction import is not good. It screwed up so many transactions. Coinbase Pro and Coinbase are essentially the same account and allow for easy transfers between the two. My transfers between my Coinbase account and Coinbase Pro were all messed up. I ended up not filing my crypto since I had no taxable events anyways

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but simple mistake created confusion Overall the experience was pretty painless and easy. Collect and submit your documents, and a tax expert takes it from there. I did experience an issue where my tax expert mistakenly entered a value from my W-2 into the wrong category which nearly left me owing thousands rather than getting a return. Initially I couldn't think of anything that would cause this, but once I reviewed my year/paperwork and did some minimal research I was able to provide information that helped him quickly catch his mistake. It's a simple mistake that anyone could make, but it certainly added stress and confusion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I will never do my own taxes again! My wife and I have done our own taxes for years using Turbo Tax. We decided to give Full Service a try this year. The two agents I worked with were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will continue to use this service in the future.
