Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Business 2021 Turbo Tax Business 2021 would not automatically save my business tax return. I have never had issues before. Not sure what the glitch is.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so helpful Had problems with the form import process (had to delete the initial import and eventually hand enter some of the date) Had LOTS of problems with the 1099-OID portion of the return (UI is flat out awful, making it extremely difficult to see what the import process has done) Also had a question about my capital gains and losses where I could not understand how TurboTax arrived at the capital loss number it did. After two phone calls with support and close to 2 hours of time, it was still unclear how the number I saw was arrived at. Only after I paid for the product and was able to see the supporting forms could I (quickly) understand things. Allowing support personnel to be able to see underlying forms in the return would have saved me and support personnel a ton of time and effort. Think I may need to look into using a different tax preparation product next year since this was a very underwhelming experience for the amount of time/effort/money spent
