Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax for 2022 Tax Year Just finished filing my Federal and State returns for 2022. As a Long time user of Turbo Tax, I was not surprised to be finished in under 3 hours. This is a great Tax product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from But for one thing... I have used TurboTax for years with no problem. This year, due to uneven income receipt, a penalty was calculated. I had to know tax law and how to dig deep into the forms to final resolve the problem. It should not be this hard.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was very good for Federal but not State As always, Turbo Tax was easy to use. Completing the Federal return went well, however on my State return for Illinois it did not calculate my Property Tax credit. Therefore I filed my State return using another means rather than Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax much better than HR Block I have used HR Block over the past few years and this year it was just terrible. It was so bad that the software said to go to an office and have one of their folks do the return. I like doing it myself so I thought I would try Turbo Tax. Great software and easy to use. I would highly recommend using it to others

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for straight forward returns The section dealing with Foreign Tax Credits is ridiculously difficult and confusing. It would be far easier to fill out all the data on each Form 1116. The way you ask for the data its next to impossible to understand what has been done.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good program, but getting very expensive I like the program, it's user friendly. However, in the past, I was able to download information from my W-2s. This year, I had to type it in. That was less convenient. The fee, including to file, is getting quite expensive. I may need to rethink continuing to use TurboTax in the future.
