Rated 2 out of 5 by from Getting worse and more expensive every year From the ever rising cost, to the constant attempts to upsell, to requiring you to click through 4 screens just to enter the information you need to enter, Turbotax has NOT been getting better with time. The only reason I still use it is because it's easier than switching to something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had to refile 3 times-defeats the purpose The whole reason I file w/turbotax is for the program to find errors in the formage. Turbotax accepted my entries 3 times but it kept coming back rejected. This is ridiculous. The program needs to find the inconsistencies BEFORE filing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Must improve its font size adjustment for Mac An elementary feature of all software applications is the ability to easily adjust the font size to suit the user. Intuit and Apple need to work together to add this capability without having to change screen resolution in System Settings. Several complaints are documented on the customer support page and yet after a 40 minute conversation with tech support we were not able to resolve the issue. The micro font I had to contend with was more than an annoyance it was a frustrating distraction!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from CD Software is Getting Outdated The CD software is not keeping up with the online version of TurboTax. Crypto preparation is terrible and there are a TON of glitches to work around.
