It's easy to use, fast, and you can chat with a real person when you need to and not throughout the entire process (for a person who's a bit of an introvert like me that's great!). The help and options the website provides throughout the process are also great.

This year I had a minor issue with income from trust and contacted the tax expert at turbo tax. He walked me through the issue viewing my screen and I completed the tax process very quickly.
