Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use I enjoy using Turbo Tax to get my taxes done fast. I'm not happy that I have to pay for them to file my taxes after I didn't make any money this year. I have to pay because my bank account made a little bit of interest. I've been using Turbo for over 6 years, and it's been great and free until the last few years. If you don't make money, I don't think you should have to pay to file.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from High cost for low income and high hassle The cost is fairly high to use for us of low income and barely getting a return or owing money. Stocks and crypto calculation are a headache even w/ the bank/brokerage link-ups. Possibly needing better AI accuracy. The only positive is they keep track of previous tax returns from previous years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needlessly Complicated in Some Places Everything was going smoothly until I hit the 1099-K. Absolutely no explanation on how to answer the questions. I apparently chose the wrong one. I kept getting the error message to review. And incredibly unclear instructions on how to fix it. I kept deleting it and starting over, but no instructions made sense. I was going to just delete it and pray nothing bad happened to me, but one final try and I picked the right one. It took me over an hour just for that one tiny part. I do not recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is GREAT ! My experience this year was seamless! Even when I was stuck on one thing, I reached out to the live chat and Ashley C. assisted me. She was so great and determine to helping me resolve my issue and she never gave up. She kept trying until it was completely squared away. Aside form that I love how informative TurboTax has become with their step-by-step method! I will definitely be recommending to others as well as coming back next year !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Produce Very little effort is given to keeping this product updated. Spent 5 hours over 3 days simply trying to change address of Trust and Trustee. Directed by tech support staff for "work around". Same with some 1099 Rs that were received; clunky work around
