Rated 2 out of 5 by from FEE AFTER FEE AFTER FEE I barely received a federal refund and Turbo Tax took almost a 3rd of it in fee's. I've been using it for years and I think this year will be my last. Poor get poorer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy I had a moment where I was stuck and they online chatted me out of that problem, I have recommended Turbo Tax to my co-workers. I tell them that if they can answer 1 question at a time they can do there own taxes. If I put it to them as a question (Can you answer 1 question at a time?) if they say anything other than "yes" then I tell them to go see an accountant.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Careful of OVER REACHES Perhaps it has to do with IRS increased over reach of information gathering but I am very concerned by the manner in which answers to questions were demanded of my adult children who are not (have not been dependents for quite some time) before I could continue processing my returns. FYI - Are they married? Filing joint returns? Incomes? etc. This information is for my adult children to disclose not mine - neither Turbo tax nor the IRS have the right to question myself on such
