Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hoffible customer service. While completing my taxes I kept getting denied, so I requested a tax professional reach out and assist me. After an hour wait, an agent finally called me and started to assist me. However, during the conversation, I had to repeatedly repeat myself because of the agent's loud background. After each explanation, the "expert" would read the help page to me, the same information I have already studied and attempted to execute. After re-explaining the issue for a fifth time, the agent ultimately hung up on me and did not provide any solutions.

It took me way longer, and was way more frustrating to use. Charged more than normal. and kept adding extra services on I didn't ask for, then made it virtually impossible to remove....so over it
