I used it again this year and the expert took less than 5 minutes to resolve my problem. I was relieved at how easy it was to get help especially since it was after 9:00 PM eastern time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Slow to Save Starting with TurboTax for tax year 2021, and continuing in tax year 2022, TurboTax for Mac is really slow to close a return, even if it is already saved. It is also slow to open a return. And even just clicking the File menu takes over 20 seconds for the File Manu to appear. Another issue is that estimated tax payments don't import from Quicken, which also was a problem in 2021 and 2022.
