Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax comes through again! This was my second year using Turbo tax to file federal and state returns and it was even easier than the first! Turbo Tax's importation of statements truly puts the turbo in tax. Very fast and cost effective way of filing federal and state returns

Rated 2 out of 5 by from They trick you. Although it is easy to fill in your taxes, I ended up paying over $200 for something they advertise as "free". I believe the only reason why they charged me is because I put in my investments that were less than $5 this year. They also quoted be $117 and then tagged on a $40 charge for taking the money out of my refund.... I will be trying to go to an other tax filing company next year.

The program is user friendly and explains areas not readily understood. With the review process, it's easy to not make errors! I also appreciate the low price!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Big problem this year! Turbo tax should have a much easier way of doing taxes if you have a spouse die! I gad to create a new account which meant I didn't have access to last year's return! Big mess getting that! On top of that, I couldn't avoid doing their Speed version which seemed more like an attempt to just get me done and out of the way and not really help walk me through anything! Way too pricey, too! I have used Turbo Tax for 6 years but am definitely looking at other options next year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use! I did not have to contact TurboTax online contact. Everything seemed to be straight forward. The 2 concern was dealing with clergy housing for retired ministers and large charitable contribution using stocks.
