Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Confusing If You Miss a Step and Need to Redo I missed importing my data from my last year's TurboTax return and could not get back to fix, so had to start over with a new return, but then I lost the StateTax Addon that I had already paid for and had to buy it a second time. Even tech support couldn't figure out how to fix this! Now I have to go back and deal with Intuit to try to get a refund for the duplicate state addon. Also very confusing when federal is an e-file, but state has to be mailed. Doesn't give an option to print state so had to back up through steps to print out the state forms I need to mail It ended up printing so much duplications. Other complaints - doesn't import from QuickBooks Online and the TurboTax Business doesn't come in a Mac version like the others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great. I received repeated message that zip code was incorrect for payer on 1099 and since I had form in hand and the number was correct I was frustrated. I called the issuer and as I was giving her address on form I realized the code was correct but I had not paid attention to state. I saw Jacksonville and “assumed” it was FL when it was Jacksonville IL. This shows me how thorough Turbo Tax is! The problem was I was unable to get back to the screen I needed so I called Customer service and talked with Imami (I did not get correct spelling of his name). He was everything you want someone in customer service to be. Helpful, kind, personable and knowledgeable. How fortunate for Turbo Tax to have someone such as him representing you.
