Rated 2 out of 5 by from Did the price go up? I know I'm being charged to use this. They thankfully stopped saying their "free" product is free. But I don't remember being charged over a hundred and fifty dollars to file my taxes. I'm glad it's done, but dang... I don't remember being cut that hard. Next year, I'll be looking for someone else. Thanks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Why the Update to Big Sur? I had to file online because I could not update Mac OS Catalina to Big Sur 10.... It was like starting over from the first year I used TurboTax. I have been so pleased with TurboTax for several years now. This new program and my inability to upgrade my computer to use it without buying a new computer is most disappointing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax has been TRYING to make things seamless Keyword TRYING. The new policy they rolled out involving downgrading customers who "take too long" to do the client review is beyond ridiculous... I've had to do the entire full-service process, not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES this year because of this absolutely nonsensical policy. In fact, I was so frustrated that I almost wrote off TurboTax and went to a competitor... TurboTax is supposed to make the tax prep process easier for clients, but with policies like the aforementioned, it's only made the process harder for ordinary working people like me... you're telling me if I can't log in for a few days it makes sense to make me start all over when I've gone through the entirety of the process already and am literally at the final client review step? And not once, but twice? Policies like this need to be reevaluated heavily, because I can tell you firsthand that even though I've used TurboTax for the last 6 years and I was EXTREMELY close to never using it again, no matter how easy it may be with TurboTax having my prior returns on file. Please focus future policies on making the service more valuable to clients and not just turning us into numbered quick cases for tax experts to file through, it in no way makes customers feel valued or even like humans.
