Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2022 Turbo Tax Premier CD Had no problem installing the CD and Premier program on my computer and importing the Tax Statements from brokerage companies. Had difficulty and needed assistance with your program recognizing a non-taxable Qualified Charitable Distribution from my IRA's Required Minimum Distribution, when preparing Form 8606 Nondeductible IRAs. Also for the Oregon State Tax Return, your program used all the income date from the Federal Return but made no provision for adjusting the Interest & Dividends on U.S. Bonds and Notes, which are non-taxable in Oregon. Finally, when electronically filing my Federal and Oregon Returns, I was directed to a window that showed a $40 proceesing fee in addition to the Oregon State Return filing fee. There had been no prior advice of such a proceesing fee, and I was advised that it would automatically be deducted from my Federal refund. Since I had never experienced such a "processing fee" with my prior year findings, I feel this especially frustrating and would like to have an explanation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So many UX issues with this tool vs Online So much rework, unable to copy/paste passwords when importing documents, if you have to go back into a section, some selections don't persist when you return, the "Visit All" button doesn't do anything, when you go into each section and return, it sends you to the top of the page and you must constantly scroll down to the bottom to answer more questions or go the next section. The import of 1099-B and supplemental information doesn't capture the cost basis, so you have to go through each RSU to enter the value one-by-one.
