Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful service. I was charged Twice!!! Honestly, if I hadn't waited until the last second, I would I have found another tax preparer. Turbo Tax charged me twice and now I have to go to my credit card to dispute the charges.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too expensive for me to do all the work. Due to one thing it cost almost $300 to file. We neede no help and completed the return easily. Most likely will return to our local cpa next year due to the high cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Consistency and data transfer pays off I have used Turbo Tax for 20 years. I like that it asks me simple questions and navigates me thru the process. I can also easily find my files and retrieve information from prior years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked fine, as painless as can be expected It was pretty easy to use and the instructions were clear. The step-by-step guidance helped me figure out what I needed to do. I also appreciated that the interface was straightforward and it was easy enough to find everything I needed to input my tax information accurately. Taxes still suck, but overall I thought TurboTax was a reliable and efficient way to file my taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very difficult to manually edit forms I had an error submitting my federal tax return on from 8615. Turbotax told me exactly what the error was, but I was unable to fix the error using the dialog that was available. I took many google searches to find out how to remove the entire form and re enter the information. I give credit to TurboTax for having the ability to delete the form, but it should not have been so hidden and difficult to do.
