Rated 2 out of 5 by from Serious problems with efile Your efile is severly flawed. I was asked to verify my AGI from last return, which was done. Return has been rejected 2x and I am now waiting on the 3rd. The numbers match. Your system is poor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ALWAYS EASY AND SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDENCE Turbo Tax is my go to program for my taxes for the last 10 years! Thery are a step by step simple to understand program that teaches you to know the tax you are paying and the deductions you are getting. Thank you Turbo Tax!

I was leery at first, but when reviewing my returns, everything was accurate. The price was right and I didn't have to leave the house to get it done. Great service!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax making it easy to file for another year Appreciate how easy it is to file taxes. The only reason for 4 stars is that I wish it had a bubble for each section explaining what it means and to use state taxes to pay for it, not just federal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yes, Turbo Tax is Awesome!!! I'm in my fifth decade of using Turbo Tax. It's never led me astray. The explanations are all ways clear and concise. I believe I only called for an explanation one, a couple or three decades ago, and received and immediate contact who provided me with the info I needed to proceed. I later needed the Premier edition of Turbo Tax due to investments and a rental property that I had acquired. Turbo Tax made handling these additional tax issues easier to work through. Over the years I've been VERY pleased with Turbo Tax. I recommend it to everyone!
