Rated 4 out of 5 by from Silly Questions when finishing a return The last few steps of TurboTax are always goofy, year after year. Why does it ask me if I want to file an extension when it is only March? Why does it ask me if I want to file a revised tax return when I haven't even filed the first time. Why do I enter the same information for both Federal and State for my bank account, its double entry and wastes time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax Good service bad billing practices I paid for a live reviewer last year and did not need it. Tried and tried to not pay for this service this year but Intuit would not allow me to change the service. I take that back, Intuit did their best to get me to upgrade but would not allow me to downgrade the tax service I received. I will be going with another service next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from changing to cheaper product is very difficult. Used Premier version for 3 years. Automatically signed into that version. I realized I could use free but would have to clear form and start from scratch. I thought Turbo Tax could switch info from premier to free but was told I would have to clear all info.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is getting better every year Turbo tax is getting better with regard to the user experience. There are still some awkward glitches when the program wants to keep sending a user back to review an area when it has been reviewed multiple times. Also, getting to the "print preview" for the return is always awkward. Otherwise, the downloads worked well this year and it was generally fairly smooth.
