Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great on Taxes, tough on login and exit The log-in protocols seems to get more complex each year, maybe for security reasons. I was stymied briefly by the difference between (I think) working with TurboTax online versus the downloaded product. Figured it out, but it took a while. The product this year itself seems better than ever. It presented clear and simple options and directed me through my first-time handling of retirement distributions far easer than I anticipated. Leaving had two flaws. First I was unable to order TaxAudit directly via the product. Had to do that on the phone directly with Tax Audit (though it ended up $5 cheaper). Then I was unable to do direct bank deposit on the refund because the software insisted that my checking account and routing numbers didn't match: I had the same problem last year. The numbers do match and I've used them in other online situations successfully. So now I'll wait a month for my refund. But I still appreciate the product. I've been with it since the MacIntax days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good program Allows a person to cover every possibility of their tax situation. Takes a certain amount of understanding to do correctly, but there are people who can mess up the easiest of instructions. Thanks for a great product, and keeping it clear and concise.
