Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is ok One of the live experts recommended starting all over again after I had spent 4 hours doing the taxes. Within an hour or so of redoing it, she sent me to another representative as she did not know how to help me during the income portion. In total, I spend 7 hours doing the income tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax fixed the issue with oil royalties. I left for a CPA when the software was convinced I was a celebrity. The cost to use TurboTax Deluxe this year, was half of my earnings. Ridiculous, but worth being able to say I'm in Oil.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Could not delete CA Form 3554 All was good until we could not delete CA Form 3554. Very frustrating. Had to play with form to make it go away. Not sure what I did, but I eventually cleared error. Error needs to be fixed!!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so great this year I had so many problems with this years turbo tax. I had to ask 3 seprate times fo help, All lasting over 1.5 hours. Eventually, I had to delete all my work and enter everything manually. Everyone I spoke to was kind and understanding, and as helpful as they could be, but i really hope this gets cleared up....
