Rated 3 out of 5 by from Confusing When entering info, I wanted to enter the amounts for SSA. When entering the tab goes blank and then I have to enter the data into the forms. Took some time to figure that out. I expected it to go directly to the entry for SSA.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Software Bugs and Hard to find Contact Numbeer Have been using TurboTax for many years, however, this year I had numerous software bugs and was even told to answer question in the inverse because of software issue. Also it is EXTREMELY difficult to find the actual telephone number to get real person for assistance. Once there the "AI" that keeps asking your name never works. Very frustrating!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love turbotax had a rejection in our first filing and turbotax was great to walk us through the fix and resubmitted. encountered problems again with the final not a robot check box erring and Marie was great to help get it corrected. The turbotax support is courteous, efficient and patient

To my surprise, this service was very thorough with information and important questions. On a different site my expected money due was unbelievably much higher. Will continue to file my taxes through Turbo Tax.
