Rated 5 out of 5 by from single father first time Being a single father, this is the first time I decided to do my taxes. Following the prompts and having the correct information at hand, made it easy for me to finish within an hour. Thanks for tearing off the band aid and making it easy! I should have done them long ago!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2023 review I had to call a representative to ask questions about what qualifies for a dependent if my son joined the military while a student and skipped a semester to go to basic training for 19 weeks, as I wasn't sure how that impacted dependency.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from more frustrating this year it madfe me fill out sections that it outright said "if this is blank dont select anything" forced me to select something then deselect it to move forward. app also failed to capture the "various" on my 1099 so i had to manually go ion and click for around 30 holdings. very annoying. last my state was rejected bc of some of the "0s" should have been blank but the app forced me to put in
