Rated 2 out of 5 by from Buggy, Some functions dont work. Had to call Help The import of investment income had a bug requirirng a call to the help desk. Someof the details of the 1099 were not carried over requirirng correction. The QR code function to upload a paper 1099 did not work at all!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Highway Robbery This is first time I have EVER had to pay to file my own taxes. $380 tax return and I get $26 of it after doing ALL the work. GROSS. Never using turbo tax again. I will use the free service provided by the United Way from now on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best platform - year after year I have been using TurboTax since 2007 and would never go any where else. They are always so helpful when needed, but their platform is so good, you almost never do need them! Files in less then 2 hours and my return can be complex.
