Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gets Worse every year I loved Turbo Tax in the past The last two years have been awful. Forms are filed out automatically that have nothing to do with me, then are difficult to remove. Last year, I did the same return 3 times, all three came up with different amounts. This year I am trying to E-File and nothing happens. Soooo...very frustrated

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Frustrating Frustrating. TurboTax assumed I pay non-resident tax to NJ, which is not true, and would not let me finish the state tax section w/out purchasing a NJ form. (I did not. Changed the entries in the Forms section, so maybe this will go away?) Also when I look at "Forms," the section for Box 14 does not remotely resemble the actual W-2. Otherwise, OK.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrific I've used Turbo Tax Deluxe for several years and I like that it is so user friendly. The Intuit customer support is awesome and have always been able to help when I have a problem loading software or answering questions.
