Rated 4 out of 5 by from Streamlined, quick, efficient taxes, sometimes loo I love Turbotax for the ease of use and explanations, as well as the streamlined taxation approach it offers. However, sometimes it throws you for a loop and makes you re-enter and double-check information without a clear purpose. This is quite annoying and confusing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use Very easy to use. The guided approach handled all my tax items and chose the best filing status. I have used TT for many years and it has never failed to provide great service. I found though that the program cannot tell the difference between a blank and a zero in the W2 fields. Program kept insisting that I fill in a field in the W2 form when I do not have W2's. Took a while to figure out that all I had to do was blank out a field in TT. Other than that, all was great.

It felt like I was using some free web service where you'd expect ads not software I paid over $100 for. I tried customer support, but the wait was over an hour. Completely worthless. It's H&R block for me next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Turbo Tax helped me step by step with my self employment forms . Every question is also explained thoroughly once you click on it if you want a more thorough explanation. highly recommend this software and I will continue using Turbo Tax every year!
