Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's good but expensive with one hick-up for me. I love it, it does simplify things for those of us that don't understand any tax lingo. It's just what I would consider the real difficult questions that you would need clarification for, you can't get. Unless you spend hours searching online or you pay incredibly too much to speak to a tax expert. I use to use it to save money after my mom died but at these rates I may just find an actual tax preparer and save myself the headache and just pay them to do it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Purchased turbotax but was still charged later Surprised to find out that I don't need to purchase the software to use the site. $70 download fee for no use. I still used the service, which is great, but a little frustrated I paid a download fee for years not needing to.

We have gone from Single to married to dependents, homeowners, and business owners, then not business owners, and they have been there every step of the way.
