Rated 5 out of 5 by from Using Turbo Tax is easy I use the walk me through it method. I love this as it addresses every tax possibility for me. It is so easy and if I get interrupted I can just start where I left off. I love the review at the end to make sure all information I am reporting is accurate. I've been using this program for years now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs clarity on the 5 and 6-digit pins I tried to submit forms 7 times because of rejections for pins. Turbotax was never clear where the problem was. I think the program requires 2 pins: the 6-digit identity protection (which IRS apparently changes annually) and the 5-digit signature pin (which only the filer keeps and can be found on the worksheets if you keep them or have them stored in a safe place). I think, for joint filers, husband and wife can establish one that can be used by both. For the 6-digit identity protection pin, each must get his own from the IRS. Turbotax has some useless information on getting a CP10a from the IRS, but I believe you can just get it online. I am about to e-file for the 8th time. I am not sure this information, will work, if not I file by mail and lose the $25 I paid. I hope TurboTax will provide this, or a corrected version, next year.
