Rated 5 out of 5 by from General improvement Great Service on the 1099 forms to file. if over $600 no need to file 1099 for incorporated business. this can be a google search for LLC or company name ends in INC do not need to 1099 this would be nice to mention in that area as it was confusing and i though i was already guilty and would have to pay penalties
