Rated 2 out of 5 by from Taxes done Helps me get my taxes done, but its expensive and is hard to change subscription. The only thing ive used from the premium is the tax documents thing, other than that never used the other stuff. But hey, for what it is, its easy to file taxes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's ok Software is great in some aspects, clunky in others. If you need help with it, you have to pay a lot extra for it. Also seems Iike it's lacking in the ability to identify tax breaks. I'm paying wayyy too much for what I make. Yet, it seems simpler just to pay it at this point and move on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rip Off Pricing I did not use the 'Live' chat nor did I chat with anybody so why am I paying so much to complete and submit my taxes. This feels like a rip off. The small amount of refund I was supposed to receive is going to pay for using this service. Next year I will NOT use this Turbo Tax and will write and mail my taxes for free.
