Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stop forcing Credit Karma This was helpful and saved me some time having to gather information on my own, but I hate that in order to pay using my refund, Turbo Tax requires use of Credit Karma for my refund deposit. I'll be doing this on my own or using H&R Block next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2023 Turbo Tax review Normally my experience with Turbo Tax is great, but this year the experience was terrible due to a glitch that has gone unfixed with form 8915F. My taxes were originally rejected by the IRS and state due to this glitch, because it spelled out the word COVID on the form instead of checking the box. This took over 2 weeks of speaking to live advisors to fix. The first 3 were completely useless. One lady spent 30 minutes asking am I connected to the internet and the first one told me the form wasn't available, even though that was the wrong answer. Today, I got a very nice young lady named Tiffany who was great and knew how to fix the issue. This year, it felt like I spent close to $300 for nothing, when I could have spent less and gone to an actual accountant.
