Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Isn't Free Even though turbo tax says simple federal retuns are free, there is no option to select a free processing of federal returns. If there is an option, it is not easy to find, and I feel that the system steers the user into paying. The only reason I use TurboTax is that they have my historical information. Every year I feel cheated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review My 5th year using Turbo Tax. I could not prepare my return without this program. That said, I would like to see an improved File Close process. There is no File> Close, only File> Exit and then I'm asked if I want to Save the File even if I did not make changes. I think I'd like an explanation of my Yes or No answer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Turbo Tax is Exhausting I will not use Turbo Tax next year. I have used it since 2004. This new format was exhausting. I called to get help and the woman was of no use. She absolutely could not answer my questions regarding my forms. The format was tedious requiring several answers before moving onto the actual form. Also, so many "chances" to purchase more upgrades!
