Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had a few problems with turbo tax this year They left off one of my rental properties when 2021 transferred over to 2022. Had difficulty in getting back on and doing the depreciation, It was extremely difficult to do my taxes for some reason this year and I have been using TT for years with no problems. One call to TT was great the second lady would not help at all told me to call IRS.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Annoying and Slimy TurboTax insisted that I fill out a part of one of my forms, since it wouldn't accept that part was blank. I even checked the box that the part was blank, but TurboTax would then have me review it again, because apparently that part of the software is just broken. Also, the software tried to upsell me ~5 times with features I didn't want or need, and tried to get me to consent to transmit my information for other services (or something along those lines), first by making me accept to decline and then decline to decline (classic ways of tricking people into "agreeing" to a service they didn't want). TurboTax is also overpriced, compared to competitors. The only good thing was that I was able to e-file my returns, which is minimum functionality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comprehensive and easy to navigate I was able to navigate through the ap with ease. The feature to download tax information from websites is a great feature. This is my eighth year with Turbo Tax. ai obviously like the product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tricked me into getting something I did not want My first time using TurboTax in hopes it would save me more than having a private tax person do my taxes, but it was not. Not only was it time consuming, Turbotax tricks its users into getting a premium service by not being clear and transparent about it. Also the cost is more than what I was quoted by Turbotax and my personal tax person. Next time I will just go to my personal tax person instead of wasting my time with Turbotax. Giving this 2 stars just because the UI was friendly.
