Rated 4 out of 5 by from its gotten better i dont know if ive gotten better at filing my own taxes or if turbotax has adjusted the language they used to be more comprehensible and understandable but there is a noticeable difference from the latter years. the milage disclosure could format its miles driven in a normal way using words and in the correct chronological order. that would be grand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Self Guided is better than any of the "experts" I tried the full service version which wound up being 100% self service, my "expert" didn't send me the correct forms and gave me absolutely no guidance on how to fill them out. The self guided live assisted was much clearer on how to deal with the forms, but when I had one question and had to use the live chat, the "expert" had me delete all the work I had already done, just to re-enter it and eventually find the answer to my question 20+ minutes later. Completely insane that this is a paid service, total and complete waste.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Adequate Did what I needed, though though still pretty hard to use. Had to run the state cleanup script I found online to get the state download to work. Also had to update manually to get the state e-file to work. Sigh.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always rely on TurboTax every year! I always pay slightly extra and go with the option to work with a CPA via Livechat. Always have a good experience and they always make me feel confident about filing my taxes each year.
