Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not What it used to be I watched my father use QuickBooks and TurboTax for over 25 years. TurboTax was by far the most affordable, useful, and the best price by far. That is why I also used it ever since I started working at 18. I am now having to pay over three to four times as much for the same service that has been offered in previous years. Some upgrades in the software... but functionally the same with little added benefit. I am severely disappointed that TurboTax has gotten to the point where they are no longer the superior offering and are just lost in the sea of online garbage tax software. I shall pay the same amount that I paid this year... and have someone do ALL the work for me next year. You've lost a life long customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Procrastinators, Unite! I have been avoiding doing our taxes up until the last minute because I was dreading the process and stress. It's funny how dreading something is so much worse than facing the thing itself. That definitely proved to be true, as Turbo Tax made it easy! I was doubting my ability to file on my own, since I've got combinations of income between W-2, 1099, and my small business. Turbo Tax has really evolved to represent the modern tax payer!
