Prices have gone up 32% over last year, and they keep pushing/nagging you to spend on more junk and higher tiers when they just aren't needed. I could also find no way to go back to using the free version without creating a new account if my tax situation ever simplified.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
