Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great help but Turbo tax has hidden fee's We had to upgrade because we had a 1099R form. It said that it was 59 to upgrade. When we got to the end, it was 59 per state form, plus 59 for the upgrade (total 177). We also were charged 39 to have that fee deducted from our federal refund, which we did not know until the end.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Tax service ever! I have been using either H&R block or a CPA for the last few years and this year is the first year going back to a self service. Turbotax has improved so much from before and made doing my own taxes this year very easy. It was also very helpful to have the learn more links to explain in more detail certain items.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from could not make a file to keep on my computer In prior years I could keep not only a printed copy, but also a file copy for my desktop. I am so disappointed that this could not be done. Why did you remove this option?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use, but expensive fees. TurboTax is easy to use. It will guide you through everything you need. The only downfall is very expensive fees at the end.
