I've been using TurboTax for many years, and I always stress about doing my taxes...which is silly, because it is very straightforward with TurboTax. I always sign up for live help...and I always use it. Definitely recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I am grateful to TurboTax! My first contact with live service with TurboTax specialist was very frustrating because it was not going anywhere. I kept waiting, and was not getting much communication from the specialist. I suppose it would have probably gone better had I request to speak with them on the phone. My second contact with a different specialist was much better, I forgot their name, they were able to answer my question. My 3rd contact with another different specialist was much much better with the 1st and the 2nd, I was speaking on the phone with them as the guide me through fixing errors that I had questions regarding, I was very pleased with the service that they provided me with, I wish I remembered to write their name down for this survey. I say this every year; the price for the service is very high and can be better, but overall I am grateful for my last two services with frustration free. If I manager to go with a different company next year, it would be due to the pricing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job… usually Other than asking if you want to upgrade every other step, it does the job. It didn’t offer connection to Navy Federal Credit Union which half of all service members use. Sometimes I think it purposely tries to confuse me when it asks two different questions on one prompt and only one way to answer so you hope you’re answering the right question (the additional info shouldn’t be in question format). I somehow manage to get through it but it could be way better if they focused less on the animations and more on the vocabulary or linear interaction.
