They advertise how easy the program is to use but that is not true. They are quick to offer mailing the return when E-Filing doesn't work. This is misleading and contrary to what they promise.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
