Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just use the automated system, the "Pros" do We had a complicated situation this year, or so we thought, and the advertisement told us "Tailored to you". So we tried it. We had sold a house, moved, bought a house, I'd quit my job and my wife started a new job in a new state. We thought having help would be nice. What I got was someone who couldn't be bothered to understand that I didn't live in Washington DC, I lived in Washington State. My "Professional" admitted that she HAD NOT LOOKED at the fact that HALF OF OUR income was earned in a state without income tax. AND...AND...somehow, she had us paying $900 in tax to the State when in fact we were due a $1300 REFUND...which was obvious from my wife paying twice that much in tax. I will NEVER trust the "Pro's" again. I'm not sure that after this year I'll trust turbotax. When I ran the taxes myself NOT ONLY did I find $1300 in state refund but I ALSO found more in Federal. I don't often write reviews and we've been using this system for years but...I'm disgusted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax makes normal fast seem slow. Great experience! I pay taxes in a couple of states, and Turbotax always makes this easy. This year was the easiest it has ever been! Excellent product! Keep on turboing!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Do not recommend TurboTax Live Assisted Deluxe For what should have been simple tax returns I ended up paying almost $200. Most of the cost came from the TurboTax Live Assisted Deluxe. It didn't give me any other options to add my HSA form. Disappointed in the cost of this.
