Rated 2 out of 5 by from A little disappointed The main reason I use TurboTax is to calculate my capital gains/losses and while it worked well for Federal it seemed unable to properly calculate them for my state return. I spent several hours on the phone w/ several different tech support agents trying to resolve it. The first agent left me on hold for 40 minutes and then I was disconnected without call back from both of the first two calls. The third agent was attentive but the issue was never resolved and I had to manually edit the forms w/ a best guess.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product and Easy to Use My wife has her own business. We use QB self-empoyed as well. I love the integration between QB and Turbotax and the fact that all the information in QB is automatically transferred over to turbotax. I like how the product just ask you questions and fills out all the forms in the background. I wish the jump to feature was a little more pronounced. I stumbled upon it when doing a search. Maybe it could also be a box on the left hand side that you could type in where you want to go. The left hand side index is very general and you end up having to go through the whole section.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Timer saver Had some problems getting and uploading 1009 info from investments. Tried using an uploaded PDF of one investment - had to manually input it. Overall the feature was a great time saver for a lot of investment sales.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just using it by habit (1) Never gets easier to use after many years, and the explanations for codes and entry of assets sale transaction codes are non-existent. Pop-up windows with opaque messages. Useless. Have to go to iris website. (2) Fraudulent advertising on the advertisement description and packaging of the Premier product say that the product covers Federal and one State return, but at the very end of e-filing you have not pay an extra $25.00 for the state e-file. This is illegal!
