Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Free The prices have risen and theres not an option to just not add a stupid package thats supposed to help, but literally does nothing unless you pay the highest amount which is insane because I thought turbotax was supposed to be free. Maybe it's on me, I don't know but I dont enjoy it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from More confusing than necessary A lot of confusing options that put you into loops of logic. A lot of general questions posed to the user to narrow things down to what you need, but then limited explanation for what or why. Importing functions failed to work most times and often required a lot of extra steps on the part of the user, sign ups for additional accounts, or asked for information that was not present. In business related content it was unnecessarily hard to combine various types of business incomes under one business (it likes to make every income its own business) you frequently found yourself working on deductions back in the income sections. Going through everything step by step resulted in lots of errors. Errors that the program asks you to correct, largely without context or explanation. I've used Turbotax for years, this year was not the best and might be the worst I have experienced, but it did get the job done in the end.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Download experience was bad I've used TurboTax since 2015, tried to download but no link on account to download. Opened a new account. No link to download. Spent an hour with the help person, who did not know how to fix this either. She just searched the knowledge base.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from meh There were questions with imported document information from Robinhood. Turbotax would not let me toggle back and forth between the Robinhood document and the questions in Turbotax. I had to guess!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax worked well It went well but i thought i filed my taxes 3 weeks ago. I wish i would've got a reminder via email to remind me that i was only 99% done but not completely finished. now i have to wait longer which i'm not pleased about.
