Rated 2 out of 5 by from Watch out for the "Live" version! Very deceiving! I only wanted Turbo Tax Premier, not the "Live Premier" and was charged an additional $80 for a service I didn't even use! I attempted to call in and ask that the price get reduced to the "non-live" version and he said he couldn't do it. So after 27 min on the phone with him, I just went ahead and paid the increased cost for something I didn't use because I had finished my taxes and there was no way I was going to do my taxes again through the non-live version. I requested a refund as the CSR instructed me but they were unable to locate my order number! I am beyond frustrated with Turbo Tax, my first attempt at resolving ended when my 15min call was disconnected and the rep didn't call me back, my second call was a back and forth with a CSR rep that told me there was nothing he could do after 30min on the phone! And finally the system can't find my order number so that I can request a refund. Beyond frustrated!
