Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax review is a bit too expensive The workflow is excellent. outstanding tax return software. I thought all the pitches to upgrade were a bit much though. You dont need to keep asking the same upgrade questions multiples times throughout the filing process, that only gets annoying and makes you look like you are begging.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from PREFER CD TO ONLINE FIRST TIME WITH ON-LINE VERSION. FOUND IT A HARDER TO WORK THROUGH THAN THE CD VERSION. FOR INSTANCE, I NEVER COULD FIND A WAY TO GO DIRECTLY TO A FORM TO CHANGE AN ENTRY

I chatted with one of their tax pros and she was so much help and so patient with me. She answered all my questions and had me back on track and able to file with no further problems. Turbo Tax is the best.
