Rated 2 out of 5 by from Missed a key deduction As a self employed person, I had to specifically search for the box to enter payments on health insurance premiums. This is a huge above the line deduction, and it should be standard. I had to search for it, it was not a part of the query, and if I had known of this deduction, would have missed this (sizeable) deduction. Took 45 minutes to search it out and enter it. Really a glaring deficiency.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Walks you through the process well Really like how streamlined the process feels. It walks you through the process well and feels efficient. Sometimes have to google certain things but they usually do a good job explaining certain steps if needed. My taxes are usually pretty straightforward but it seems like they offer services if you feel you need help with more complex situations.
