Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was annoying and very difficult to use I have used Turbotax for many years and found it very annoying this year. Every other screen is an attempt to get the user to purchase MAX right up to the end. Trying to pay without paying 69 dollar fee drove me nuts. The format and language seem purposely designed to get the user to choose a credit card method and pay a fee. The online help is a joke. The robot had no information and it was impossible to use. Online help in other years was much better. It appears that you have dumbed it down to force the purchase of payed help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sketchy, upselling, misleading with dark patterns First, finding the free version was a nightmare. I had to go to a third party site to find a link to the free version, which is legally mandated. Then, without my consent or awareness, it locked me into the paid version of the product, which I didn't discover until checkout. All the while, it tried to trick me into consenting to give away my personal information to their advertisers and upgrade my plan to their most premium versions. I will be looking into alternatives next year.

Your expertize in the matter is very valuable and your personnel as well. They will assist you with the necessary patience and expertize to make it happen. I use the assisted questions to get all the information that I need from my income statement into the program. Very thorough in every business category.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Tax Buddy for 20 Years I've been exclusively using TurboTax for my federal and state taxes for close to two decades, and never once set foot in an accountant's office. I love how I can just have a nice conversation with my "Tax Buddy" and never have to fry my poor brain with IRS gobbledygook like "multiply 12b by 85.2% and subtract from 99q, then add to 72z and enter the least of 42e, 51r, and 87p." Thanks again for making a dreaded task not so bad!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Way too much to file State taxes How can filing be so expensive for state taxes? I'll be an HR Block customer from now on. This year I found several glitches where Turbotax said I was able to file. I filed my federal but when it did the "final check" for state taxes there was an error that I couldn't figure out how to correct. I could get "live help" for $200 bucks. No thank you.
