Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax sent me to Premium I was surprised to find that I was paying for Premium when I wanted Deluxe. I dislike the constant screens that come up trying to get you to move to a more expensive option. I probably agreed to Premium but found no easy way to reject it.

I spent a gazillion clicks trying to get it to accept something for a cost-basis for a bunch of $5 and $6 capital gains transactions, like dudes, I don't care, the entire 1099-B was sixty bucks, just tax it, it's costing more in time than I can possibly save. The whole thing was so annoying that I'm seriously considering just going back to paper next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX CAME TO THE RESCUE! i WAS INTIMIDATED TO ATTEMPT TO FILE MY TAXES ELECTRONICALLY. THEY MADE THE PROCESS SO SIMPLE. MY CONFIDENCE WAS GIVEN A BOOST WITH THE STRAIGHT-FORWARD INSTRUCTIONS. WILL DEFINITELY US IT AGAIN!!!
