Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Cheap for Complicated Returns! Years ago I used TurboTax when my return was simple. For the last decade I had a tax accountant do my returns because my return is not straightforward. This year my tax accountant retired so I thought I would try TurboTax again. To my surprise, it was very simple. It took me about 2.5 hours to do the return. The savings and the ease of doing it just makes TurboTax and obvious choice. I'm glad my accountant retired!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use! So easy to use and double checks everything for you. Had a 1099r for my daughter and all I had to do was go to the search and it let me know where to enter the information. So helpful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Changes You will pull the forms from the companies directly but wont update the pages to reflect the pulls and require me to still go in and type the $0's in. Also its getting to the point where is it cheaper to pay a professional to do them and not worry about it vs. using your site and doing it myself

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pay via Credit Card If receiving a return I have never been able pay for the audit protection via credit card, there is always "something wrong". I end up paying from my return amount, but then there is another $40 fee so I pay twice for the same thing. This has happened multiple years and I know it is not my login.
